Native of Kirovo-Chepetsk, in 1992 Ekaterina Chekryzheva started taking dancing lessons at the culture and leisure center of the children's school of dance Etoile. Here the future ballerina got up for the first time on pointes. Fragile and small, since her childhood she had it all to become a ballet dancer. At 18 Ekaterina came to Moscow and by results of traditional viewing she was accepted to the Kremlin Ballet Theater where her well-known compatriot Natalia Balakhnicheva works. During her work at the ballet Ekaterina has visited Thailand, China, Korea, Turkey, Poland, Germany, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Spain, Italy, Greece, and Cyprus. Ekaterina graduated the ballet master department of GITIS, majoring in teaching ballet master. In future she plans to devote herself to pedagogical activity in the ballet.
