After graduating from the Academy of Dance of Natalia Nesterova in 1999, she joined the company of "The Kremlin Ballet" theater.

During her years in the theater, besides corps de ballet, Irina Lipatova performed a number of billboard parts: Adrastea ("Zeus"), Amor, Dryads, four dancers ("Don Quixote"), French Doll ("The Nutcracker"), Dance of the Little Swans, four dancers, Waltz, four dancers ("Swan Lake"), Noble Ladies ("The Sleeping Beauty"), Small Birds ("The Magic Flute"), Arabian Dance, Buffoons ("Ruslan and Lyudmila").
