The principal dancer of the Teatro alla Scala, she was born in 1997 in Moncalieri, Italy. In 2015, Martina graduated from La Scala Theater Ballet School (Scuola di Ballo del Teatro alla Scala) . After the graduation, Martina was invited to the Teatro alla Scala ballet company, and in 2016, she made her debut in the role of Odette/Odile in Piotr Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake, staged by Alexei Ratmansky. Later on she starred as Juliet in Romeo and Juliet in the interpretation of Kenneth MacMillan . Since 2018, she has been the principal dancer the Teatro Alla Scala.
