Concert "Italy vs Russia"

The concert “Italy vs Russia” will take place on February 14, 2020 at the State Kremlin Palace.  This special evening will be a real international musical “Battle” for the hearts of listeners.  This year musical "Battle" between two great musical cultures, which is held annually, will take place on the stage of the Diplomatic Hall of the State Kremlin Palace. The audience will be presented with a special festive program with the participation of musicians and singers from the best theaters of Italy and Russia.

Famous romantic melodies, opera arias, Neapolitan songs, as well as bright instrumental numbers will be played on St. Valentine's Day.

Italy is represented by talented singers: Aurora Tirotta (soprano), soloist of the La Scala Theater (Milan) and Teatro Massimo Bellini (Catania), winner of the first prize of the prestigious Beniamino Gigli competition in Rome, a singer who applauded the public in the USA, Germany, Sweden , China and Switzerland, Chiara Tirotta (mezzo-soprano), the soloist of Milan's La Scala and Teatro Carlo Felice in Genoa, as well as the talented baritone Raffaele Facciola, the soloist of Teatro Massimo Bellini (Catania).

Well-known musicians will represent Russia: Honored Artist of Russia, People's Artist of Abkhazia, soloist of Moscow “Helikon Opera” Theater Alisa Gitzba, and singer, laureate of international and all-Russian contests Maxim Krylov (tenor).

Accompanist: concertmaster of the Moscow “Helikon Opera”, pianist, member of the Union of Composers of Moscow Sergei Chechetko.
