Petrosyan's laughter is kind laughter. He is faithful to audience and always has with him the same irreconcilability to the evil, violence, falseness, self-discipline, professionalism, actor's charm and a soft smile, respect and love to those who are on the other side of the stage.

Today he is called the Master. Behind this deserved title is the stage culture of the Artist, his civil convictions, social vigilance, courage and fidelity to himself and the art.
In one of Petrosyan's performances there are such words: "Our happiness is that we find forces through tears to smile and make each other laugh that I also try to do together with my characters in the performance Country of Lemoniya, Village of Petrosyaniya. Don't look for this village on the map, it is in my medical record, here, in the heart". These words say everything.
Evgeny Petrosyan is king in his kingdom. Everything here is his way: the Petrosyan language, the Petrosyan jokes, the Petrosyan manner to tell the person the honest truth, without humiliating human dignity. Because if you humiliate and smut what makes the person, it is not humor and not satire, but scandal. And for this purpose it isn't obligatory to go to theater. What is especially pleasant is that in his kingdom Evgeny Petrosyan sits not on the throne, but at the desk. Sometimes it seems that he also sleeps behind it, because he it is constantly at work. The throne in his kingdom is for the Spectator. And if dramatic actors say: "His Majesty the Theatre", Evgeny Petrosyan says: "His Majesty - the Spectator!".
His partner in life and on stage, the unsurpassed Elena Stepanenko, is a match for him. Lately actors have often performed together.
