On February 18, 2018, in the State Kremlin Palace, will be a concert of, might be, the most original male troupe of Moscow – the folk band “Partizan FM”, which will perform a solo programme "Don’t you think it’s a radio!"
The performance of the band "Partizan FM" unites the Russian folk polyphony, strong truly masculine energy, and unique sounding arrangements, in which traditional Russian instruments are combined with brass wind instruments. Russian song in their performance has the Balkan flavour and Terek dance is adorned with saxophone solo. This is the individual style of the band – "Hooligan Folk".
Folk songs performed by the band sound relevant and fresh, they meet the tastes of the audience of any age, and, most importantly, young people.
The evidence of this is the reaction of the public at the festivals like “Spasskaya Tower”, Olga Kormukhina's Festival “Road of Good Deeds”, the Grushinsky Song Festival, “Ruzhanskaya Brama” in Belarus, festivals in Romania, Finland, and others, where the “Partizans FM” band are always treated as favourite guests.
Despite their fairly young age, the band successfully cooperates with such popular artists as: Oleg Gazmanov, Marina Devyatova, Gediminas Taranda, Olga Kormukhina, Timur Vedernikov, Irina Surina, "Bayan-Mix", Sergey Kurenkov, Nikolai Bandurin and others.
The first big concert of “Partizan FM” in the State Kremlin Palace will be an important event for all those who really are interested in the Russian traditional culture and folk music.
Besides, this event coincides with the truly Russian Carnival – the Pancake Week (Maslenitsa). It is at this time people traditionally celebrate so that it is enough for the whole year!
The concert will bring you many pleasant surprises. Among the guests of the programme are popular musicians and artists, representatives of various musical and theatrical genres, powerful and, of course, only “LIVE” sound, favourite folk songs, dances, jokes - in the atmosphere that you want to feel on the last day of Maslenitsa!
