On April 19, 2018 in the State Kremlin Palace there took place the ceremony of the National award in the field of martial arts the «Golden Belt».
The ceremony of rewardings of winners traditionally took place very colourfully — with demonstration performances of masters of sambo, aikido, wushu and Kyokushin kaikan.
The «Golden Belt» is summing up of the Russian athletes and mentors ’s achievements, it is a tribute to their commitment, professionalism, the power of will and spirit, it is the gratitude expression to people who stand at the origins of the creation of martial arts in Russia and those who continue the launched, ascending to the podiums of world championships, makes the contribution to promoting of single combats.
