Everyone has several main celebrations in their life. The high-school graduation is one of them and it needs to be celebrated cheerfully and in style. The perfect combination of all the components can be found on June 20 at the main graduation party in Russia – the 8th All-Russian Graduate-2019 award at the Kremlin.
Every year the theme of the Award is unique.
