NEW YEAR, JAZZ and SAXOPHONE

The youth symphonic orchestra named after S. Richter offers the recipe of festive mood with the guaranteed result: we take popular New Year's melodies, we attach to them improvisation and playful jokes, to the sound of the academic instruments we add the saxophone and mix all this with jazz and rock'n'roll. We suggest to try this whole iridescent cocktail in the first days of the New Year's celebrations.
The orchestra of S. Richter was created only several years ago, its basis was made by graduates and students of the Moscow higher education institutions. Under the leadership of Alexander Gindin the group is getting better from concert to concert. Its repertoire includes compositions of different genres: those from the golden fund of symphonic classics, and those that are not often performed. This New Year's sortie in the field of jazz–rock–fusion is not the first in the short history of orchestra. Such experiments are perfected by musicians and bring joy to public.
