Anniversary ceremony of presentation of the Annual All-Russia “Shield and Rose” Award

The anniversary gala ceremony of presentation of the Annual All-Russia Public “Shield and Rose” Award will take place in the State Kremlin Palace. Traditionally the awards will be presented to the best female employees of the law enforcement bodies and special services of the Russian Federation. The ceremony is timed to coincide with the celebration of the International Women’s Day of the 8th of March and is of charitable character. The charity event is supported by the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, the Soviet of Federation of FA RF, the State Duma of FA RF, the Government of Moscow, relevant Ministries and Departments of the country. The founder of the award and the ceremony organizer is an All-Russia Public organization named “Association of workers of the law enforcement bodies and special services of the RF”.

The award contributes to the realization of the state program on the patriotic education of citizens, improvement of occupational prestige in the law enforcement system, formation of the positive attitude of the population to employees of the law enforcement bodies.

Famous politicians, cultural workers and public persons will take part in the gala ceremony. The charity event will be accompanied by a concert of Russian pop-stars.
