ХХV ceremony of the International Award of Andrew the First-Called “Faith and Loyalty”
On December 18 the ceremony of a public award, the International Award of Andrew the First-Called “Faith and Loyalty” took place in the State Kremlin Palace. The International Award established in 1992 by Andrew the First-Called Foundation is given for contribution to consolidation of the Russian statehood, for revival of moral and cultural bases of the life of society. Following the tradition, the awarding ceremony took place on December 13, on the memory day of St. Andrew the Apostle.
