Zhanna Bogoroditskaya

Bogoroditskaya Zhanna – a prima ballerina of the theatre, People’s Artist of Russia. Winner of the All-Russian contest of ballet dancers of “Arabesk” (Perm, 1994). In 1987 she graduated from the Moscow State Choreographic Institution. In 1990 she became a principal performer of the Kremlin Ballet Theatre where she played the parts of: Ludmila (“Ruslan and Ludmila”), Marie (“The Nutcracker”), Odetta-Odilliya (“Swan Lake”). She has a great repertoire. Zhanna Bogoroditskaya is a very skilful ballerina having a special dramatic talent. The inspired dance of the artist always attracts spectators’ attention. Also Bogoroditskaya gives performances on tours in Russia and abroad. She is a ballet mistress of Ekaterina Maximova. Since 2010 Zhanna Bogoroditskaya has begun to work as a ballet mistress of the Kremlin Ballet Theatre.
